Darin is a lifelong native of California and has lived in San Diego for over 23 years. For the last nine years Darin and his family have enjoyed their home and lifestyle living in Encinitas Ranch.
After a highly successful career in the corporate sales world, Darin started a real estate appraisal company in 2000 and grew this business by 400% over the next eight years. In 2010, Darin took his proven and impeccable sales record into the residential sales segment of the industry. Darin spent five years learning from the best and honing his skills as a top negotiator with a 100% close rate for his buyers and sellers.
